Welcome to wwwbaji. By accessing, registering with, or using the wwwbaji platform in any way – whether for cricket betting, card games, live casino, Ludo, or any other service available on the site – you are entering into a legally binding agreement with wwwbaji and confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.

These terms apply to all players accessing wwwbaji from Pakistan or elsewhere. They govern everything from how your account works and how we handle your PKR deposits, to how bonuses function and what happens if there is ever a dispute. To register and play at wwwbaji, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. wwwbaji operates a strict 18+ policy and takes underage access seriously. We carry out age verification checks and will close any account found to belong to a minor, withholding any balance pending investigation.
• You must be the owner of the payment method used to deposit. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to other people are not permitted.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from gambling. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from wwwbaji or any other gambling service, you must not attempt to re-register.
• You must not be acting as an agent for or on behalf of any other person. All accounts at wwwbaji are individual and non-transferable.
• You must not be a current employee of wwwbaji, or an immediate family member of any wwwbaji employee.

Each player may hold only one active account at wwwbaji. If we detect that a player has registered multiple accounts – whether under the same or different personal details – all accounts may be closed and any balances or bonuses forfeited without notice.

When you register, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your real name, date of birth, address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and will result in account closure.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Any activity carried out under your account – whether by you or by someone you shared access with – is your responsibility.

• Your account is non-transferable and cannot be sold, assigned, or gifted to another person.
• wwwbaji may require you to verify your identity before processing withdrawals or if your account activity triggers a compliance review.

All financial transactions on wwwbaji are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept deposits and process withdrawals via the following methods:

• Deposits are credited to your wwwbaji PKR balance once the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. wwwbaji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Withdrawals are processed only to a payment method that belongs to you and was previously used to deposit. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• wwwbaji reserves the right to carry out identity and payment verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Pending verification, withdrawal timelines may be extended.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe an error has occurred.
• All amounts shown and transacted are in PKR. No foreign exchange fees are applied by wwwbaji. Any fees charged by your own bank or payment provider are your own responsibility.
• Chargeback or payment reversal attempts are a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension and investigation.

wwwbaji offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, refer-a-friend rewards, and tournament prize pools from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be played through before it – or any winnings derived from it – can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met in full.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, and per IP address.
• wwwbaji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it believes the offer has been abused, if multiple accounts are detected, or if a player has provided false information.
• If you withdraw funds from your real-money balance while you still have an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Refer-a-friend bonuses are paid in PKR to your wwwbaji account once the referred player meets the qualifying activity threshold. Specific qualifying thresholds are detailed on the Refer a Friend page.
• Tournament prizes are paid in PKR directly to the winning players' balances upon conclusion of the tournament.
• wwwbaji may cancel, alter, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Every game offered on wwwbaji – including RNG slot machines, digital card games, Ludo, and live dealer tables – uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or uses live human dealers with real physical equipment where advertised as live dealer. All game outcomes are independent, random, and not influenced by any factor other than chance and (in skill games) player decisions.

• Players must not use any software, tool, script, bot, or automated process to interact with wwwbaji games. Any such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Collusion – coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage – is strictly prohibited. This applies especially to poker and tournament games.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or unintended game behaviour must be reported to wwwbaji support immediately. Exploitation of such issues for financial gain is a breach of these terms.
• wwwbaji reserves the right to void any bets or game outcomes that are the result of a technical error, miscalculated odds, or system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded to the player's account.
• Game results displayed on your screen are final once the round completes. Disputes about individual game outcomes must be raised with support within 72 hours of the game session.

These rules apply to all sports betting and live in-play betting on the wwwbaji platform, including cricket, esports, and any other markets available.

• All bets must be placed before the relevant market closes. Bets placed after a market has closed will be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing your bet.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to your wager.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or walkover, bets will be settled according to the wwwbaji settlement rules for that specific sport. Generally, bets on abandoned events are voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified.
• Live in-play bets may be suspended during key moments in a match (such as penalty shootouts in cricket). Bets placed while markets are suspended will be rejected.
• wwwbaji reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts if unusual betting patterns are detected. This is a standard industry practice to protect market integrity.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your PKR balance as soon as the relevant event is settled. Settlement typically occurs within a few hours of match completion.

wwwbaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. We offer a range of tools to help players stay in control:

• Deposit limits – set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your wwwbaji account.

• The account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal purpose.
• Multiple accounts have been registered by the same player or household.
• The account holder has initiated a chargeback or payment reversal.
• The account holder's activity suggests problem gambling and responsible gaming intervention is required.
• We are required to close the account by a legal or regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting wwwbaji support. Any real-money balance remaining will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
